This policy governs all areas of employment at PanCore Solutions, LLC; including recruiting, hiring, training, assignments, compensation, benefits, discipline and terminations.

Intent to Hire
As of June 1, 2021; we are currently seeking to hire one H-1B applicant with the following employment attributes:

They are an H-1B nonimmigrant, part-time employee;

Their occupational classification is a Computer Systems Architect;

They are being offered $72 /per hour and they will work on a part time basis;
-
Their period of employment will be for 2 years from the date of USCIS approval; with the possibility to extend their contract.

The locations at which the H-1B nonimmigrants is to be employed will be in the Greater Boston Area; and
-
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.

Description of Applicant's Duties

Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning. Expand and modify systems to serve new purposes and improve work flow. Document, revise, and develop system procedures and test procedures.

Participates in the design and creation of scalable software, writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end, testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.

Designing user interactions on websites, developing applications, and databases for website functionality, and coding for mobile platforms using a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, C#).

As required by law, PanCore Solutions may participate in E-Verify, a program managed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Social Security Administration (SSA). E-Verify compares the information you gave on Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, with records available to DHS and SSA to verify that you are authorized to work in the United States. Except as otherwise required by federal law, section 90.2(a)(1) of the California Labor Code PanCore Solutions will provide notice to current employees of any inspection of I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification forms or other employment records conducted by an immigration agency within 72 hours of receiving notice of the inspection.
